About Tim Bacci

25+ years of both operational and transactional experience in technology companies in all stages, both public and private, specializing in leadership of institutionally backed IT companies. Previously worked as a consultant to executive teams and venture investors in both early and later stage enterprise SaaS companies. Also served as an advisor to top tier mid-market Private Equity firms seeking to identify companies where leadership, operational expertise and strategic thinking is an imperative.

Most recently served as the President and CEO of HighWire Press, an Accel-KKR portfolio company that enables scholarly publishing for the science, technology and medical (STM) communities . Prior to HighWire, served as the President and CEO of Daegis, Inc. (Nasdaq: DAEG). Daegis, a company grounded in legacy software products, required a complete realignment and refocus to adjust to the broad changes and adaptations in IT delivery and cloud infrastructure. Upon completion of the transformation, Daegis was acquired by Open Text Corporation in November of 2015.
