About Rick Gordon

Rick has over 20 years of experience in start-up, emerging growth, and market-leading life science companies. At Halo Labs he has grown the company from its first instrument sale into what is now one of the leading particle and quality analysis tools companies in the space. Prior to joining Halo Labs, Rick held various commercial and management positions at ForteBio, Pall, Unchained Labs, and Molecular Devices, where he enjoyed building successful commercially focused organizations and helping customers adopt new technology.

Initially from Seattle, Rick now lives in the Bay Area with his wife and son after spending many years in Maryland. Outside of the office, Rick enjoys cycling, volunteering, and cooking.
