About Penny Howard

Penny Howard is an equity partner in 500+ apartment units, as well as multiple real estate joint ventures in the North Texas area.

Prior to real estate, Penny was the Director of Operations of a privately held environmental firm where she oversaw daily operations of sales, finance and regulatory compliance. During her tenure in the firm she increased revenues over 500% and implemented strategies to break into new untapped markets. She holds a B.A. in Economics and Management and an M.B.A. from Texas State University.

Penny is the founder and President of the non-profit organization Hope4Harper which focuses on awareness and fundraising for research related to the rare disorder CDKL5. She started the organization to help her youngest daughter Harper who was affected by the genetic disorder CDKL5.
