About Neil Dardis

I joined Frimley Health after more than 20 years in the NHS, including extensive board and managerial experience.

As CEO at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust I led a rapid transformation of the quality of care, staff engagement and the development of sustainable service strategies.

I also led the way in developing system-wide change across Buckinghamshire, working in partnership with other health and care organisations and leading to the system being one of the vanguard Integrated Care Systems.

Before joining BHT, I was director of operations at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust leading their operational turnaround and acute reconfiguration of services. I have held a number of service management roles at the Royal Free London NHS Trust and Hammersmith Hospitals NHS Trust.

I have a degree in history from Durham University and has studied at the London Business School and Cambridge University Judge Business School. I was a member of the NHS Top Leaders Programme and worked with the Kings Fund on system leadership.
