Matt left his post as Vice President of Service Design at EPAM Systems in Dec 2017 , after dedicating 23 years to his passion for design across various markets. He joined EPAM Systems (NYSE) following the acquisition of his Product and Service Design Agency: Great Fridays for a eight figure sum in October 2014.

Matt also holds several advisory and NED posts in technology and human centred businesses in the UK.
