About Mark Radford

With over 30 years of international leadership experience in the INGO, global health, social enterprise, academic and biotechnology sectors, I am passionate about impact, and have a special interest in how policy-makers, academia, donors, civil society and business can work together to address our most pressing global challenges.

I bring to the table a unique mix of strategic, operational, financial and management expertise, gained from start-ups and large, complex institutions internationally . I have a deep understanding of building strong multi-cultural and multi-functional teams, and of delivering results and accountability in changeable, challenging environments. Outside Europe, I have depth and breadth of experience in sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East. I also have some exposure to Asia (south and south-east) and Latin America.

I am open to considering Board, Committee or advisory roles with philanthropies, family offices, foundations and development institutions, as well as with companies and founders who demonstrate a strong commitment to positive impact as part of their agenda for success.
