Patients can’t wait, and deserve better. I am inspired by providing better treatment options that could transform patients’ quality of life. As an industry, we have the unprecedented opportunity to come together across academia, industry, governments and more to solve some of the world’s most pressing health issues and ensure the right treatments get to the people who need them the most.

My goal is to create a diverse and inclusive environment where people are empowered to be their best selves and collaborate to have real impact for patients. I believe that having a strong work-life balance is one of the keys to succeeding both personally and professionally. What matters to me are the teams around me, and creating strong support networks for each other.

Outside of work, you can find me with my husband and my two boys, gardening, skiing or exploring the great outdoors in my native Switzerland.
