About Marcy Tatsch

As a general manager and senior executive, I use financial acumen and strategic insight to create and implement high-growth business models that expand market scope, grow revenue, and achieve aggressive financial targets. I have repeated success constructing order from chaos while ensuring business continuity and retention of strategic customer relationships in highly-competitive environments during dramatic organizational change.

Through multi-faceted and comprehensive leadership roles I have directly managed sales and marketing, strategic planning, human resources, product management, technology, operations, budgeting, engineering, program management, and solution implementation. I have led the successful integration of competing businesses and helped prepare a company for its successful merger with a competitor, assuming leadership of the new entity and achieving the growth plan’s first year financial targets during a global pandemic.

In large and small organizations, I have integrated strategy and financial results with leadership decisions to lead comprehensive salesforce transformations, integrate large teams of talent, execute a right-shore strategy that created double-digit market expansion, and design and implement highly-profitable product innovations that capture new opportunities in response to evolving customer needs.

My corporate leadership roles include President of a multi-million dollar technology company, SVP and General Manager for a $350 million P&L covering three lines of business, SVP and General Manager for a $200 million business unit serving over 2,000 customers, and VP of Operations and Account Management leading a team of 180 that achieved above plan revenue and 98% customer retention with 41,000 retail pharmacies and more than 120 pharma manufacturing programs. As VP of Product Management I led a $400 million software business, managing four solution lines and 14 products. While VP of a Program Management office I led the entire product lifecycle across multiple teams including requirements analysis and definition, R&D planning, customer delivery, regulatory compliance, and outcome analysis.

Earlier career responsibilities included Systems Business Analyst for a software start-up company and General Manager securing investors and launching a start-up business.
