I was trained as an organic chemist, which has led to 34 years of successful drug discovery, including being a co-inventor of Relpax(R) and Nurtec(R), two marketed drugs for the treatment of migraine. I am presently responsible for a large group within Sanofi that encompasses screening development, in vitro biology, structiral biology and biophysics, sample management, peptide chemistry, isotope chemistry, medicinal chemistry, CADD and data management.
