In more than 20 years with DaVita, I have built on my experience as a leader committed to transforming care delivery for patients with kidney disease – from the earliest stages through transplantation. I’m passionate about accelerating the digital transformation and delivering customized care to each patient while lowering costs for the health care system. All of us at DaVita strive to improve the quality of life for our patients through clinical innovation and integrated, personalized care.

I have experienced firsthand the importance and impact of fostering a powerful sense of belonging and community among teammates and patients. In 2020, I became one of 550 CEOs to sign the CEO Action Pledge for Diversity & Inclusion. I proudly sit on the board of directors for Gilead Sciences Inc.
