About Claudia Suessmuth Dyckerhoff

Joined McKinsey & Company 1995 in Switzerland focusing on Healthcare after first year. Transferred to the US (McKinsey New Jersey Office) for 15 months in 1998 to serve HC clients (pharma, med device, hospitals and health insurers) in the US and then back to Switzerland. Continued to support clients in the development of strategies, market access, BD&L, organizational development and capability building in Europe. Moved to China in 2006 working with healthcare companies in China and soon across Asia (in particular in Japan, India, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia). Lead McKinsey’s Asia Health Systems and Services Sector for 5 years. Passionate about contributing to the improvement of healthcare systems. Published Healthcare related articles and Women Matter Asia report (2013). After election as Board member of Roche (March 2016) and Clariant (April 2016) I changed my role at McKinsey to be a part-time Senior Advisor to McKinsey.
