– Leading M&A due diligence activities, and managing the post-acquisition integration activities for the ones completed,
– Managing Portfolio Management and Technology Road mapping initiatives across the organization in order to enable future partnerships, drive innovative thinking and determine disruptive technologies & related investment decisions,
– Implementing operational optimization initiatives which impact bottom line immediately – such as site consolidations, site shutdowns, operations set ups from ground zero, operations scale downs or site expansions,
– Designing strategic processes – mainly by bridging R&D and Operations functions in a seamless fashion and thus enabling faster commercialization road maps.
