In the nearly two decades I’ve spent in the Healthcare industry, my focus has always been on building companies that have a significant human impact and sustainable economic value.
After my grandfather suffered a second stroke, I was shocked to see first-hand how difficult it was for my family and his disconnected providers to manage his care. After much researching the magnitude of this problem on millions of caregivers and patients, it inspired me to start Care Team Connect (CTC), in late 2008. CTC grew into the leading care management platform for providers and was acquired by The Advisory Board Company in October of 2013.
Through the learnings of building CTC, it was clear that navigation was needed for all patients, but the Care Manager centric approach for high risk or high-cost patients like my grandfather would not scale to that level. Upfront Healthcare was launched in 2016 to make care more efficient by optimizing sites of care and engaging all patients.
Upfront combines advanced analytics, personalization, content, and outreach to give every patient the personalized experience they require and health systems the ROI they desire.
I am proud to lead an amazing team at Upfront Healthcare. We are passionate about engaging every patient to get their care efficiently, while improving necessary care completion rates and reducing unnecessary costs for providers.
