About Arafet Ben Makhlouf

Arafet has provided a breadth in the implementation of software solutions, and supporting across the end-to-end systems development lifecycle from planning and scoping to analysis and technical implementation.

Arafet has global expertise and experience in data communication, computer networking and FinTech technologies based on Blockchain, DLT, Digital assets, Tokenization, Cloud and RESTful API. He has over 10 years of progressive experience in research, programming and software design.

Arafet received his B.S. degree in Computer Science from the Faculty of Sciences of Sfax, Tunisia in 2006, and the MPhil and the Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science and Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong in 2010 and 2014, respectively.
