Lifesum is a health and wellness startup with offices in Stockholm (HQ) and LA. Founded in 2013, our mission to help people improve their baseline health through better eating.

Nutritional needs depend on a number of individual factors, both biological and lifestyle. So we use a combination of software, data, behavioral science and recommendations from credible sources such as WHO, NHS and USDA to provide personalized guidance and feedback. We aim to provide daily support to empower users to regain control of their health and build long-term habits around food.
