Kathy Hannan is a Retired National Managing Partner and Former Vice Chairman, KPMG, LLP. A senior C-Suite executive, corporate advisor, and strategist with 30+ years of experience leading significant operations and high priority initiatives including ESG.

Kathy is an Audit Committee financial expert (as defined under the Securities and Exchange Commission Rules regarding the provisions of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act). She is also certified in Cybersecurity Oversight.

She has extensive governance experience through her corporate board roles as well as her roles as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian (NMAI) and recent past Chairman of the Board of Directors of Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA).

Kathy is also a Tribal Member of the Ho-Chunk Nation.
