I am an experienced global leader with a track record of delivering strong growth, building high impact teams and enabling customers in the Technology, Healthcare and LifeScience sectors. I have an extensive track record of overachieving on revenue growth in multiple industries, in the US, UK, EMEA and globally.

As a keen observer of life-changing technology, I’m focused on helping to transform businesses, cultures and societies by harnessing this.

My current role is GM of illumina’s EMEA region, leading a team of more than 500 committed professionals. Together we are on a mission to unlock the power of the human genome by providing game-changing technology for our customers. Since taking on the role in August 2016, I have worked with the team to deliver sustainable growth and customer impact.
Making an impact and growing a business successfully requires a balance of operational execution, strategic thinking and creativity, enabled by an exceptional team that combines great talent with mutual trust. I am an active ambassador for inclusion and diversity, having led Cisco’s Connected Women initiative in EMEA for five years. This experience, together with my exposure to a highly diverse group of cultures, has given me invaluable insights to building and leading teams across the EMEA region, at Cisco, Illumina and AVEVA.
