About Avner Geva

I’m a BioMedical Engineer with a background in premedical studies and molecular biology (BSc, Yale). For the past years I have been working in medical devices companies as R&D engineer; in the fields of the mitral valve replacement and urinary bladder stimulation for improvement of kidney function.

Responsibilities: Setting up experimental systems, R&D and V&V testing of the valve, hydrodynamic evaluation, durability and device integrity assessment, steady back-pressure, sampling and analyzing data, establishing V&V protocols for first-in-man and applying for animal testing committee.
