About Fabrizio Landi

30 years of experience in the life sciences, with executive positions at Ansaldo Biomedia Group then Esaote, protagonist of its first management buyout and subsequent exchange listing between 1994 and 1996, subsequent delisting, second MBO in 2005, and third MBO in 2010.
From 2006 I held the position of CEO and general manager until 2013. I sits on the boards of European, North American and Asian high-tech medical companies and Sviluppo Genova S.p.A.
I am currently a board member of some Menarini Group companies and Leonardo (formerly Finmeccanica);
I also sat on the board of Banca CRF until its merger into Intesa.
In 2015 I founded Panakes SGR, which manages closed-end venture capital funds focused on the life sciences sector.
I am president of the TLS Foundation of Siena, one of the leading startup incubators and accelerators and public-private research institutions in Italy in the healthcare sector.
I hold positions in Confindustria National as vice president of Reti d’Impresa and in Confindustria Florence and Southern Tuscany.
