I am an experienced physician leader with a focus on healthcare access and referral, hospital transfers, emergency medical services, telehealth, disaster medicine and technology. I have extensive experience creating programs that deliver high value and quality involving acute care referrals and mobile integrated health. I focus on building service minded teams who aim to serve their health care systems by reducing the burden on front line clinical providers, taking advantage of technology, improving access to care, and integrating across large healthcare systems to provide comprehensive results. My sound foundation in clinical, technological, financial, and operational performance is integral to my ability to develop sustainable and impactful programs. Specifically, my knowledge of call center operations and data analytics allows me to navigate the clinical and operational with ease.

• Integrated numerous hospitals and their transfer referral processes into a single system, yielding operational benefits and promoting system integration.

• Played a fundamental role in the incorporation of secure messaging in referral processes and clinical communication. This includes creating workflows, standards, and technology that furthered this mission and ultimately played a critical role in healthcare system integration.

• Provided leadership in the development of enterprise wide physician on call scheduling efforts that extend far beyond access and transfer issues.

• Developed numerous programs to measure access quality and customer satisfaction.

• Spearheaded development of an episodic Telehealth program that focuses on multiple missions. This includes physician recruitment, business development, and building appropriate workflows.

• Actively involved in healthcare system responses to both Covid-19 and Ebola.
